I agree more with DIP's and susamogus's prop.\r\nSo here's mine.\r\nSusamongus's bill\r\nA party can be created when 3 or more people agree to create one singular party.\r\nIf it is 1 person, they should be named an independent, an not have a one man party.\r\nIf it is 2 people, they will remain as independents but may agree to form an alliance.\r\nI think this is a fairly easy to remember rules that will help unclutter the sub somewhat.\r\nAll parties formed or pre-existing will remain unimpeded\r\nDIP's bill\r\nArticle 1: Any group of three or more citizens have the right to create a party by creating a post stating their party name and founding members.\r\nArticle 2: Every census period, parties must publish a census of ALL registered members’ usernames.\r\nArticle 3: Any two or more parties may create a coalition between themselves, but a coalition may not have a combined membership count more than 200% of the largest party.\r\nArticle 4: Existing parties will have a 2 week grace period after the first census to sort out membership to ensure they meet regulations.\r\nMy bill:\r\nCensuses will be held every month.
