The right to organize, join, and leave labor unions without state or employer interference. \r\n\r\nb) No worker shall be retaliated against, dismissed, demoted, or harassed for union activity, including worker strikes.\r\n\r\nc) Union membership is optional and shall never be forced.\r\n\r\nd) Union-busting in ANY form is hereby prohibited and illegal\r\n\r\n-------\r\n\r\nArticle II - Collective Bargaining and Direct Action\r\n\r\na)  Workers have the right to strike, occupy workplaces, boycott, and organize slowdowns.\r\n**All strikes must be approved by the union leadership. Strikes not approved by the union leadership and/or strikes in support of a political party or event are deemed illegal.**\r\n\r\nb) No court shall criminalize peaceful or defensive collective bargaining or direct action.\r\n\r\n\r\n--------\r\n\r\nArticle III - Maintaining Union Democracy\r\n\r\na) Union leaders must be elected democratically and regularly and subject to recall anytime.\r\n\r\nb) Financial transparency is mandatory within unions.\r\n\r\nc) No permanent or unelected positions are allowed in unions.\r\n\r\n\r\n-------\r\n\r\n**Article IV - Unions are strictly prohibited from using their funds or officially supporting the campaign of a political party.
