The Ombudsman has a legal duty to review all requests. The Ombudsman may reject a request if it is a joke request, made in bad faith or non serious. Failure to properly review requests shall lead to Article 3.6 applying.\r\n\r\nArticle II\r\n\r\nThe following shall be added to Article 4:\r\n\r\n4.10: A request may be rejected if:\r\n\r\ni)It is clearly a joke or not meant seriously.\r\n\r\nii)It is made to spam.\r\n\r\niii)It asks for something unrelated to TeenGovernment.\r\n\r\nArticle III\r\n\r\nThe following shall be added to Article 4:\r\n\r\n4.11: If the Ombudsman rejects a request, they must give a short and clear reason publicly in the Ombudsman discord server.\r\n\r\nArticle IV\r\n\r\nThe following shall be added to Article 4:\r\n\r\n4.12: If a user believes their request was unfairly rejected, they may appeal to the Vice President. The Vice President may:\r\n\r\ni)Agree with the rejection.\r\n\r\nOR\r\n\r\nii)Order the Ombudsman to proceed with the investigation.\r\n\r\nArticle V\r\n\r\nThe following shall be added to Article 4:\r\n\r\n4.13: If the Ombudsman rejects valid requests without proper reason or shows bias, it shall be considered a violation under Article 3.6 and may lead to removal.
