The unavailable minister is impeached or otherwise loses their position as minister and a new minister is confirmed in the previous minister’s position.\r\n\r\nb. The unavailable minister becomes available to do their duties.\r\n\r\nc. The President recalls the Acting Minister.\r\n\r\nd.
