The justices can ask questions.\r\n4. Closing statement. Prosecution will go first, then defence. Prosecution shall be allowed a rebuttal.\r\n\r\n\\#5: If a justice serves as an attorney, they will recuse themself and a justice from the criminal court will be appointed.\r\n\r\n\\#6: After the case, two opinions will be written. The opinion of the majority, and the opinion of the dissent.\r\n\r\n\\#7: Justice is not a high office.
