Corporations (public & private) and/or individual persons may lay a stake to claim the mineral rights to a region\r\n\r\n2. This stake may be as large as the full region, and may be as small as the claiming party(‘s) see fit.\r\n\r\n3. If the stake is approved by the president, the owner of the mining rights may begin mining operations, including both land and sea based.\r\n\r\n4. Mineral rights may not be revoked, however they may be fought over and won in a court of law.\r\n\r\n5.
