(e.g. A mod can't be prosecuted for not changing a rule to a new one passed by council if the new rule exceeds the character limit of 500 Reddit enforces for rules and they literally *can't* update it)\".\r\n\r\nArticle 2: If whether something is impossible or not is in question the courts shall decide.
