Article 2: If said living thing is primarily under the control of (by custody, ownership, or otherwise) (otherwise Pets) another TG-member the living thing may not hold a position of power which benefits the controlling party. (For example if their owner is running for president or council the one in custody or ownership can't run for VP) Article 3: What counts under §1.2 is determined by the courts. Article 4: The owner or one otherwise in custody of a \"pet\" must be a registered TG-citizen. Article 5: It is a crime to lie about whose pet a pet is if it is running in any election. Article 6: Pets may only vote in elections and/or run for a political office if reasonable proof is given by video or other applicable means that the decision was made by the pet without coercion, bribery, or other interference. Article 7: Pets that first appeared to run or vote within 7 days prior to, or anytime after the event that caused a user's ban can't vote or run for office. (NIL: To prevent ban-evasion via pets) Article 8: Pets shall be held to the legal consequences of their crimes through bans, timeouts, or other punishments which would be applicable to a normal citizen for the same crimes. Article 9: If a user is found guilty of using coercion to get the pet to pick a specific option they shall be permanently barred from all pet-related activities along with any pets of theirs being barred from TeenGov.
