{"id":558,"name":"Census and Citizen ID Amendments","summary":"Endorsed by [u/Then\\_Train8542](u/Then_Train8542) and Remori Industries as a corporation**Main Census Reforms**Henceforth this act shall make the census mandatory to be completed by any reg...","raw_contents":"Endorsed by u/Then_Train8542 and Remori Industries as a corporation\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nMain Census Reforms\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHenceforth this act shall make the census mandatory to be completed by any registered citizen.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Census shall open to responses two weeks before results are due\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Map Census shall be merged with the “main” Census.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nTherefore the  ‘Map Census Official’ title shall be renamed to ‘Census Assistant’ retaining all responsibilities as well as additional new ones.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAs of this act’s passing the current Map Census Official shall become the Census Assistant\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nQuestions included on the Census shall be:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat is your Citizen ID?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWhich province of Tegovia do you live in?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNomadic shall be an option however it prevents you from running for a regional office.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWhich Town or city do you live in said province?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nRural shall be an option, rough location is required then.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAre you employed in a company in Tegovia?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAre you a servant of the public (government)?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat political party are you a member of?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCensus Minister’s Duties\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nReminding the public to complete the census in accordance with the Minister of Census Responsibility Amendment\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nGiving out Citizen IDs\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOrganizing Citizen IDs to be easily accessed and used by both the Minister of the Census and Election Minister\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nKeeping the Census form up to date\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCensus Assistant’s Duties\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nGiving out Citizen IDs\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOrganizing Citizen IDs to be easily accessed and used by both the Minister of the Census and Election Minister\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nKeeping the Census form up to date\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCitizen ID Reforms\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAs this bill passes all current Voter Codes shall be rendered null\r\n\r\nVoter Codes are to be replaced with Citizen IDs\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCitizen IDs shall be organized in a spreadsheet allowing for easy use.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCitizen IDs will be made of a random 8 digit code\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCitizen ID Codes shall be attainable at any request sent to the ‘Minister of the Census’ or the ‘Census Assistant’ (previously the ‘Map Census Official’) but will require verification.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOnly the current acting Census Minister, Election Minister, Census Assistant, Admin, and Referendum Minister may access the Citizen IDs. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEnactment\r\n\r\nAs of this bill’s passing all items shall immediately go into effect\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe next scheduled census will continue as planned.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEDIT: removed the 5 weeks clause and changed 5 digit codes to 8 digits. Added Admin to people able to acess the IDs.
