Issues/changes that may need to be made are appreciated. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n---\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSection 1: Terms\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 1: The flair \"Proposition for council\" shall remain and still be used to propose legislation, however usage is discouraged.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 2: The flair \"Constitutional amendment for council's consideration\" shall be created along with versions with \": Passed\", \": Rejected\", and \": Vetoed\" appended which can only be accessed by citizens with moderator permissions on the SMP. Posts flaired with this flair shall be voted upon as constitutional amendments.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 3: The flair \"Non-constitutional amendment for council's consideration\" shall be created along with versions with \": Passed\", \": Rejected\", and \": Vetoed\" appended which can only be accessed by citizens with moderator permissions on the SMP.
