{"id":617,"name":"Pay Public Officials and Cheese Trade Amendments (PPOCTA)","summary":"Preamble: Js some little things I'd want added to the law***Section I: Basic payment and improved verification means***(a) Any clauses contradictory to this law and the Cheese/Shrimp Trade ...","raw_contents":"Preamble: Js some little things I'd want added to the law\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n***Section I: Basic payment and improved verification means***\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) Any clauses contradictory to this law and the Cheese/Shrimp Trade shall lead to the nullification of the contradictory clauses found within the Cheese/Shrimp Trade.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(b) Once a purchase of Shrimp and/or Cheese is made, the Vice President is indebted 5% of the currency gained by the government, via the purchase of either Shrimp and/or Cheese, or in the case of the expansion, via assistance of the President and/or Economy Minister, whichever individual officiated the purchase, via transferring of the funds, shall be given the 5%.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nTHE FIVE PERCENT INDEBTED TO THE INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE     PURCHASE OF CHEESE AND/OR SHRIMP SHALL BE KNOWN AS A COMMISSION, AND THE GOVERNMENT IS LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO SEND THE COMMISSION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE EVENT; IN THE CASE OF FAILURE, THE INDIVIDUAL INDEBTED MAY REQUEST A FORMAL SUIT OR SETTLEMENT TO OBTAIN THEIR MANDATED FUNDS.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c) To ensure proper processes of Section I(b), all official purchases of the reserve of either Cheese or Shrimp shall be accessible to the Economy Minister, including the case of no existing request for expansion, yet they shan't be legally allowed to adjust or otherwise alter the Cheese or Shrimp, under any case, nor may they show or otherwise reveal the information within the document.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(d) Any individual may request to obtain their commission to the Economy Minister, along with proof of their contribution to the selling of the Cheese and/or Shrimp.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIn the case of provided proof, and the Economy Minister refuses to send the proper currency, excluding the case of a valid reason (The evidence provided is inadequate or otherwise fails to prove the fact the individual requesting the commission is responsible for the purchase, or evident or assumable fraud), the individual requesting commission may publicly demand payment, and in the case of a repeated failure, may sue the Government for their due payment.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIf the Government is sued and found guilty for failure of payment, then the prosecution/individual requesting the commission shall be legally allowed to demand payment, which is to be forcefully paid, no matter the circumstances, alongside any fees associated with the court case (lawyer).\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(e) In the case of another political simulator granting or sending Teen Government an item, asset, currency, or otherwise, within legally recognized trade by treaty, contract, or otherwise agreement between nations, shall be considered given to Teen Government. All traits, values, costs, obligations, or other terms associated with the item need to be upheld equally.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThis given item, asset, currency, or otherwise item shall be usable by the Government in any manner they wish, yet must be tracked within the same sheet as the Cheese/Shrimp Trade, unless otherwise stated within the treaty, plan, or other agreement.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(f) All Government officials shall be given fair and proper pay. Under the financial gains generated via the Cheese/Shrimp and this law, the payment shall work as follows for the set positions.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEvery Friday, upon any time, the Economy Minister must send 50 Of Teen Governments Currency to each Council Member\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nUpon completion of an investigation, the Ombudaman is to be indebted 50 of Teen Govermments Currency\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nUpon every court case, the acting Judge is to be given a base payment of 60 Teen Government Currency upon every court case, per hour of trial proceedings, if less than an hour, paid 60 anyway\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA Ministerial Fund shall be established, in which any Minister may request Government funding, yet requires approval of the Economy Minister. In the case the Economy Minister attempts to withdraw Teen Government Currency, the President shall be responsible on approval or denial.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA base pay of 45 of Teen Governments Currency shall be transferred every Friday, at any preferred time of the Economy Minister and by the Economy Minister\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAny individual shall be capable of requesting an Executive Miscellaneous funding request\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nBoth the President and Vice President must sign and approve the use of funds  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOnce approved the funds must be told to the Economy Minister and must be paid to the individual with an approved request\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe President and Vice President shall be paid 45 of Teen Governments Currency on every Friday, on any time decided by the Economy Minister\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIn the case of underfunding or otherwise needing reallocation of funds, a unanimous agreement between the President and Economy Minister decided, unanimously, to temporarily remove or alter funding for a specific position, and relocate it/reuse it for any other means.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe amount of pay every seat gains may be adjusted by a proposition to council post stating another amount, requiring a simple majority, and if passed, becoming the official amount of pay for the designated seat\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIn the case of Government Funds being depleted to an extent, in which there is no reasonable manner for payment to occur, the Government must comply with any of the following methods (decided by the Economy Minister)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) Print more currency to pay off proper salaries\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(b) Be in debt to the individuals in need of pay, considered as a loan, the Government will owe 5% of the amount not properly paid per week of missed payment\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c) Cut funding, or otherwise stop paying a specific branch until the 1st of the next month, to facilitate gaining more funds\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(d) Get loans from either banks or foreign nations.
