Inmate: Anyone sentenced to the prison server for a sentence over 1 week\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n2. Preliminary Parole Request (PPR:) A form filled out by the inmate applying for the Pre-Parole Program\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n3. Preliminary Hearing: Public VC or text chat with two lawyers and a judge. One lawyer, appointed to be the “prosecution” will conduct a “cross-examination” of the applicant and another, appointed to be the defence, will conduct a “direct-examination” of the applicant.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n4. Case Manager: A justice that sets the terms and length of the program and hears Pre-Parole Terms Violation Motions.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 1: All inmates shall have the right to this program\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 2: The Pre-Parole program will be initiated by the inmate, using a Preliminary Parole Request (PPR)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 3: The PPR will look like this:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nQuestion 1: What, if applicable, users or accounts would you like to have considered for parole?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nQuestion 2: Out of the  justices, which would you like assigned as case manager? (NOT IN LAW: THE QUESTION SHOULD HAVE ALL JUSTICES CURRENTLY SERVING IN IT IN A MULTIPLE CHOICE FORMAT)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nQuestion 3: Do you promise to comply with all TG laws and rules?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 4: Once the inmate files a PPR, the justice they choose will do a Preliminary Hearing. When considering whether or not they shall be considered for the Pre-Parole Program, the justice may consider the following factors:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n* Has the inmate in question demonstrated good behavior before their PPR?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n* Has the inmate in question engaged in good faith discussions with the rest of the community?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n* Has the inmate in question violated TG Laws or rules?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n* Has the inmate in question engaged in ban evasion?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n* Would letting the inmate in question into the Parole Program be a just action considering their efforts?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n* Why was the inmate in question rejected from entry into the program? (If applicable)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 5: After the Preliminary Hearing, the justice will make a decision. Grant them entry into the Program, or not. They must write a minimum 100 word opinion explaining their decision.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 6: If the justice rejects the request for entry into the Preliminary Parole Program, the inmate in question may apply for another Preliminary Parole Request (PPR) with another justice.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 7: Should the justice accept the PPR, they may set a length of time in which the inmate in question must conform to certain rules the justice sets in order to prove they can enter parole.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 8: The justice may set the length of the program and may define other parameters for the program as long as they are legal. These parameters must be public.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 9: In the program, if the justice designated as Case Manager senses a violation of TG rules/ laws or Pre-Parole Terms, they can choose to terminate the program.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 10: Any person can file a Pre-Parole Terms Violation if they believe the terms of their Pre-Parole Program have been violated by the inmate in question.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 11: This Pre-Parole Terms Violation must be heard by the case manager\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 12: If the ombudsman believes the terms set by the case manager are unfair, they may request council veto them with a majority vote.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nParole Overhaul Act (Fully written by Camel)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nArticle 1: If a person completes their Pre-Parole-Program, they will be assigned a Parole Officer.
