Now, here comes:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n*The War Actualisation Regulations (WAR) Act*\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n**1** War is to be defined as a series of attacks planned by a government against another nation(s), with people in the military or military equipment fighting the people in military or military equipment of the other nation(s).\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n**2** For war to be declared, it must have:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(1) A proper justification (example: They attacked our allies, they attacked us, they’re helping our enemies, etc.)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(2) A realistic way to fight (For example, if there is a polsim in real life, unless we develop a military in real life, there is no real way to fight).\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(3) Real intent to attack, no joke wars.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n**3** In order to declare war, the following must approve a public statement:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(1) The President;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(2) the Vice President;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(3) the Foreign Minister;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(4) a supermajority of Council.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n**4** For war to be temporarily halted due to a ceasefire, the following must approve the ceasefire:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(1) The President;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(2) the Vice President;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(3) the Foreign Minister;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(4) a simple majority of Council;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(5) The other side(s), doing so however their process is.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n**5** For war to be halted due to a peace treaty, the following must approve the treaty:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(1) The President;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(2) the Vice President;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(3) the Foreign Minister;\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(4) a supermajority of Council\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(5) the other side(s), doing so however their process is.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\\---\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThank you again to MinecraftGuy7401 and the whole SLSR team for the making of this bill! \\*\\***If you have a legislation idea you want the SLSR to help with, please DM myself (sean062359 on Discord), MinecraftGuy7401, or our Director of the SLSR, Kommunion (** u/Thisismyredusername **on Reddit, kommunion\\_71771 on Discord**).
