Your support is highly appreciated.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n*The Defend the Nation! Act (again)*\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n1: Naming and basic creation.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) The “im writing this because i got harassed to do so act” shall be entirely voided.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(b) This law shall be referred to as the Ministry of Defense Establishment Act.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c) A new Ministry shall be established, and referred to as the Ministry of Defense.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(d) A new Minister position shall be established, referred to as the Minister of Defense, and shall lead the Ministry of Defense.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n2: Definitions \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) Teen Government Militarized Forces is to be known as all Military Branches capable of receiving Government funding, are currently holding or are capable of legally holding major weaponry, and were established by legislation, Emergency Decree, or Executive Chicanery Order.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(b) Military Branches are known as the Military Branches of Teen Government, established by the Military Expansion act and the PNTBITAA. Any future established and recognized Branches, done under legislation approved by Council, or by either Emergency Degree or Executive Chicanery Order, shall be also recognized, unless otherwise specified in legislation, Emergency Decree, or Emergency Chicanery Order.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c) Hereinafter, an order shall be defined as an official command given by either the President or Minister of Defense for military affairs, given to an individual within a military branch.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(d) Demotion is the act of changing an individual's position, via lower pay and/or authority\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(e) Firing is defined as the removal of office or employment from an individual.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(f) International law is defined as law which affects multiple political simulators, created via Convention, treaty, or legislation.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(g) A non-related server is a server which does not fall under Section I: Related of the Separation of Unrelated Servers Amendment\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(h) Currency is defined as something used in circulation, within trade or donations.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(i) A Directive is defined as a command given by a member of the Ministry of Defense Committee, or by the President, or by the Minister of Defense.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n3: Basic duty, in relation to Advising and funds. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) The Minister of Defense shall be given the responsibility of advising the President in all military affairs.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(b) The Ministry shall be provided funds by the Teen Government Government, the amount given up to the discretion of a decision by the President and Economy Minister.   \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(i) All funds given by the Sec III(b) manner of funding, shall only be used under approval of both the Minister of Defense and/or it being legally mandated.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\t(ii) All branches of Teen Government militarized forces shall be entitled payment, this payment shall be allocated and given proper payment by the funds properly given by approval of the President and Economy Minister, as stated under Sec III(b), under the discretion and choice of the President and Minister of Defense, requiring unanimous agreement.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c) In insurance of the funds in Sec III(b) are properly handled, all funds, of which are derived by Sec III(b), shall be held and given to the current President, yet all use of the funds given must comply with Sec III(b) (i), and proper payment of officials must be done by the President, in ordinance to the decided payment, decided upon via Sec III(b)(ii), if failure to comply occurs, or the President finds the duty too burdensome, they may mandate the funds and duties, enshrined within this clause.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n4: Duty\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) Within war, the Minister of Defense and President shall be given the duty of instructing all Military Branches.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(b) All Military Branches must comply with orders given by either the President or Minister of Defense.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c) In the circumstance of contradictory messages, the Presidents shall be considered superior, and used, being capable of overriding the Minister of Defense’s orders.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(d) If a Military Branch, or individual serving within the Military, fails to comply with an order given by the President or Minister of Defense, the individual may be either demoted or removed from the Military Branch.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(i) Sec IV (d) is ignored in the circumstance the action requested would fall under any of the following  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(1) The order would infringe upon the basic human rights of the individual being ordered.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(2) The individual being ordered isn’t currently working under a Military Branch.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(3) The order would force the individual being ordered to violate a law  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(4) The order would influence an election, by controlling the vote of the individual being ordered  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(5) The order would force the individual being ordered to propose legislation  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(6) The order would violate international law (if any is ever created)  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(7) The order would mandate the individual being ordered to do actions on a non-related server.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(8) The order would force the individual being ordered into transferring or sending currency to the individual giving them the order.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(9) The circumstance of the message being overridden, under Sec IV (c) \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n5: Ministry\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) The Ministry of Defense shall be immediately given a committee, this committee is to be comprised of the head of all Military Branches, including the following\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAdmiral \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nField Marshal \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAir Marshal.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThis committee shan’t permit any other individual within it\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(b) The members of the committee, the President, and the Minister of Defense shall be given the legal ability to grant Directives.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(c) Directives may command any individual, yet is considered null if it falls under the following\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(1) The Directive would infringe upon the basic human rights of the individual being commanded.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(2) The individual being commanded isn’t currently working under a Military Branch.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(3) The Directive would force the individual being commanded to violate a law  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(4) The Directive would influence an Election/Referendum, by controlling the vote of the individual being commanded  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(5) The Directive would force the individual being commanded to propose legislation  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(6) The Directive would violate international law (if any is ever created)  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(7) The Directive would mandate the individual being commanded to do actions on a non-related server.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(8) The Directive would force the individual being commanded into transferring or sending currency to the individual giving them the order.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t(9) The Directive would be given to the President or the Minister of Defense.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(d) Failure to comply with a Directive, unless considered null under Section V (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9), shall be grounds for demotion or to fire the individual failing to comply.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n6: Enactment \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n(a) This law shall come into effect immediately upon passage.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\\---\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThanks so much again Tricky!
