{"id":68,"name":"Rules Of War","summary":"Imported from Reddit - Status: Rejected","raw_contents":"As tensions rise in the sub despite many attempts of de-escalation, I want to prevent another scenario where a war is declared without any end in sight, thus, I, roemaencepartnaer, propose the following bill to be followed in relation to in-sub wars.\n\n**To Declare War:**\n\nOne must:\n\n* Have deliberated with their party, in whatever manner typical to their party, to have support in engaging in war.\n* Clearly and publicly lay out conditions for the end of the war/conditions of surrender.\n* State the entity they wish to declare war against.\n* Provide a reason that for the declaration of war to the public.\n* Have not declared a war in the last month.\n\nThe conditions of surrender may not require:\n\n* A permanent banning from the sub.\n* The complete and permanent dissolution of a party.\n* Infringements on the HRB or Constitution.\n\nEntities that can’t be declared for war:\n\n* You may not declare war on an individual.\n* You may not declare war on a member of your party.\n\n**If Declared at War**\n\nOne may:\n\n* Initiate peace talks, which are to be mediated by a neutral third party.\n* Accept the declaration.\n* Ask the grounds of a war being declared and dispute them if they so wish.\n\n**War**\n\nWar is to be fought in three rounds of classic  games. You will set a time, if your opponent does not show within 10 minutes of the agreed upon time without prior notice it will be counted  as a forfeit.\n\nThe First: War\n\n* [https://cardgames.io/war/](https://cardgames.io/war/)\n* You will click multiplayer and set your name to the one you are most commonly known as on Reddit.
