This ECO shall take effect immediately.\r\n\r\nSigned, Vice President Forsii\r\n\r\n**Due\\_Job//Lily Terms of Executive-Enacted Parole**\r\n\r\nThe Subject is defined as the user under the Discord user of shqrko\\_, and the individual which must comply with the terms within this document, in exchange for being given a Pardon under the Presidential Pardon Act [https://tg.zerr.cc/bills/view?bid=20260509-7](https://tg.zerr.cc/bills/view?bid=20260509-7) \r\n\r\nAll the following terms must be upheld by the Subject, and if failed may be prosecuted. \r\n\r\n***Article I: Repentance***\r\n\r\n(a) \r\n\r\nThe Subject is to immediately create a public apology.\r\n\r\nThe public apology is mandated to include an admittance to all crimes put against the Subject during their trial.\r\n\r\nThe public apology must be written by the Subject, and must be posted onto the Subreddit Main Page (SMP) and Discord (If the Subject is incapable of one or the other, for any reason, they may have someone post it on their behalf, and it is considered valid.)\r\n\r\nThe Subject must repent for their crimes, via publicly apologizing for the crimes admitted to.\r\n\r\nIf the Subject fails to comply with the terms of the public apology, the rest of this contract is void, and they shall immediately be prosecuted for breach of this contract.\r\n\r\n***Article II: Temporary Restrictions.***\r\n\r\n(a) \r\n\r\nThe Subject shall comply with the following.\r\n\r\n1. The Subject shall be prohibited from holding any Teen Government office until October fourth, 2026.\r\n\r\n***Article III: Long Term Restrictions.***\r\n\r\n(a) \r\n\r\n1. The Subject shall be prohibited from holding the office of Discord Moderator, Mod-Team,  Council of Advisors, and/or TeenGovernment Server Owner.\r\n\r\n***Article IV: Punishment for misconduct.***\r\n\r\n(a) \r\n\r\n1. The subject shall immediately be removed from Teen Government, without trial, if they violate any of the following laws.\r\n\r\nRework Rule 1 (part 2)\r\n\r\nThe Band-Aid Act/Amendment V2\r\n\r\nThe Common Sense Amendment\r\n\r\nBasic common sense internet safety amendment p2 amendment\r\n\r\n    Any terms found within this document\r\n\r\n(b) \r\n\r\nFor the subject to be banned under Article IV (a), evidence of the violation must be presented to a Justice, which must evaluate whether the violation is illegal and falls under Article IV (a).
