That is why we at the Lion Party are proposing this bill.\r\n\r\n1; All people present in the Council GC who are not elected representatives of the people will not be allowed to speak. This will include Due\\_Camel, moderators, the Press Secretary, or other people present who were not elected to serve in council.\r\n\r\nAn exception to this rule applies to the Press Secretary, who may input their thoughts after a decision is made in a single message, and Due\\_Camel, who may speak if a question is directed towards him.\r\n\r\n2; Prop 1 will include moderators. If moderator action is required in the council GC, the perpetrator will be messaged directly.\r\n\r\n3; Breaking this rule will require punishment, chosen by members of the subreddit in a dedicated post. Options for punishment will be made by the judicial branch on a case-to-case basis, however options may be made by council if the judicial branch is unavailable or unresponsive. \r\n\r\nThe punishments shall be put in a reddit poll, always including a “Remake the punishments” option.\r\n\r\n4; If a set of punishments are, by the people’s vote, sent to be remade, then the punishments will be overturned and a new set will be demanded of the judicial branch.
